Service offered: Telephone duty advice line: we can offer benefit checks, advice, assistance and representation on Welfare Benefits including challenging decisions and appeals. Debt Advice including and any emergency action identified. Appointments: we offer follow up telephone appointments with caseworkers for the following matters: challenging any DWP/LA/HMRC tax credits decisions inc. appeal representation. So long as you have at least one priority creditor we can assist with negotiation with creditors, financial statements, Insolvency and housing related debt advice. First point of contact is via our Telephone Advice line (0115 9151355).
