Service offered: Advice, assistance and representation on Welfare Benefits and Tax Credits, including challenging decisions and appeals. Debt Advice including negotiation with creditors, Insolvency and housing related debt advice e.g. possession action and evictions.. First point of contact is via our Telephone Advice line (0115 9151355) with face-to-face appointments available if necessary at outreach services across the City
