Service offered: Advice, assistance and representation on welfare benefits and Tax Credits, including representation at appeal hearings. Advice and assistance with debt law matters, including possession / eviction actions. First point of contact is via our Telephone Advice line (0115 9151355) with face-to-face appointments available if necessary at outreach services across the City
