Service offered: We provide information, signposting and advice, we produce good practice guidance and other publications, we organise trainings and events, we assist in the development of voluntary sector networks and represents the interests of member organisations to the government. We have a diverse community of over 12,500 member organisations – a third of the voluntary sector workforce in England. We help them thrive in what they do by providing expert support and advice, and by keeping them up to date with the news and developments that affect them. We connect organisations with the people, partners and resources they need to make the biggest difference. We represent the voluntary sector and volunteering to government – using the best research, we demonstrate their true value and help influence policy-makers. We support voluntary organisations by generating and identifying the best knowledge and expertise.
