General information

Service offered: National charity providing an urgent free housing advice helpline, a website with self-help information, tools and templates, and a network of housing advice services. centres for people with housing problems. The helpline (Open Mon-Fri 8am-6pm only, excluding bank holidays) is for urgent cases of homelessness including when people have nowhere to sleep that night, are at imminent risk of homelessness, or are at risk of harm or abuse in their home. For housing and homelessness advice we have online resources accessible 365 days a year. Campaigns and lobbies for people who are homeless or badly housed. Researches housing issues.

Target group: People who are homeless, at risk of homelessness or in unsuitable accommodation.
