Service offered: Range of services for young people aged 16-21 (24 if in education or training) leaving the care of the local authority. Advice, guidance and support on issues including health, accommodation, education, careers, benefits, rights and life skills.
Target group: Young people leaving care aged 16-21, or up to 24 if in education or training.
