General information
Service offered: We provide essential transport and training services to our members who are based in Kensington & Chelsea, Westminster and Hammersmith & Fulham. We provide community transport to groups, older people and disabled people or anyone who can’t access public transport easily. Our goals include championing social inclusion, reducing isolation and alleviating loneliness; while encouraging our members to live life independently, the way they want.
Target group: Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster individual residents with mobility problems, Kensington & Chelsea, Westminster and Hammersmith & Fulham organisations and community groups
