General information
Service offered: Information and support for adult carers. Advice on benefits, care and conditions. Signposting to local groups/services. One-to-one sessions, coffee morning, events and activities. Training and leisure. Monthly carers group. Weekly Community Café every Wednesday 12.30 – 3pm. Young Carers Education Project. Young Adult Carers Support Group. We have a Carers Choir and a monthly Dementia Group (Check website for up to date details).
