General information
Service offered: Support for family/unpaid carers and those living at home with long term health conditions, to include people living with dementia. We have fully qualified experienced staff who deliver high quality domiciliary holistic care and support for people with a long term or palliative illness, elderly frail, physical disabilities, mental health conditions, sensory impairment, along with support for emergency respite for family carers in certain areas. In addition, we provide Information, Advice and Guidance for family/unpaid carers, supporting them to gain further finances to support them in their caring role. Training is available to carers and professionals at our Carers Hub, please contact us for further information.
Target group: Carers and families caring for someone in their own home.
Area served: The Black Country (Dudley, Sandwell, Walsall and Wolverhampton) and Birmingham
