We are a member of LawWorks a charity based in England and Wales committed to enabling access to justice through free legal advice. Our University of Law legal advice service network - Depending on the nature of your query we may be able to refer your case to other Centres within the University of Law network who may be able to assist you. The types of legal issues covered by our clinics: All areas of family law where legal aid is not available including child contact disputes; divorce; initial advice on ancillary relief; domestic violence; parental responsibility; shared care; parenting agreements; pre-nuptial agreements and court applications. Please note the service is initial legal advice only. We do not undertake casework or go on the court record. Once we have obtained this information, we can confirm your appointment or refer you to other sources or organizations where appropriate. A group of students will be present during your appointment to assist the lawyer. Written advice is not provided. We are unable to consider documents or provide ongoing casework support.
