Service offered: Range of services for people facing social exclusion, homelessness, mental health problems, drug and alcohol dependency, isolation, unemployment. Educational activities including woodwork, gardening, cookery, arts & crafts, IT, walking, yoga, choir, literacy & numeracy. Signposting & informal support. Volunteering opportunities.
Target group: Adults - homeless, learning disabilities, long term health conditions, in recovery, anyone experiencing stigmatization and social isolation.
