Service offered: The Bridge Project is a charity providing services for people from across Bradford’s diverse communities with substance misuse issues and/or multiple needs.
Target group: Drug users (adults and young people), their families and carers. Substance users (adults and young people), their families and carers. Also target those individuals experiencing multiple disadvantages – professional referrals can be made to these services where individuals are experiencing several the following issues: substance misuse, homelessness (housing need), mental health issues, physical health issues, involvement in criminal justice system amongst other issues if present.
