Service offered: Drop-in service for the local Govanhill and wider Govanhill communities. We offer advice and information on immigration, welfare benefits, education and training, employment, finding accommodation, money/debt, accessing local services and racial harassment. We have a range of activities including Chai & Chat Women’s Group, Women’s English Classes and Bubbles Mums & Toddlers. We support churches working in multi-faith areas.
Target group: People from all cultures and mainly people who’s first language is not English and they struggle to communicate with agencies relating to benefits, health, financial and other personal matters.
Area served: Mainly Govanhill and wider Govanhill and also other areas in the southside of Glasgow.
How to contact: Drop in service - clients seen on a first-come first-served basis.
Monday: 9am - 12:15pm & 1pm - 3.45pm
