Service offered: Porchlight is a homelessness, housing and mental health charity. It supports people who are living on the streets and works with others to prevent or resolve issues that could put them at risk of homelessness. Porchlight provides support with mental health, housing, education and employment so they can get where they want to be in life.

Target group: People in Kent and Medway who are experiencing homelessness, isolation or poor mental health
