Service offered: Advice and information for older people on a range of subjects including welfare benefits, income maximisation, energy savings. Nail cutting and befriending services. Exercise therapy. Lunch clubs. Home cleaning (charge made for this service). Intermediate Care Service. Additional Locations – Unit 16, Canolfan Teifi, 2 Pendre, Cardigan, Ceredigion SA43 1JL (01239 615556). Unit 5 -11, 100 Trostre rd workshops Llanelli Carmarthenshire SA15 2EA (01554 784 080). NB – we will also have an office in Haverfordwest this Autumn.
