Service offered: Information, support and a listening ear for anyone who is affected by the imprisonment of a close family member or friend. Information and guidance about prisons in England and Wales. Can link callers with services and local support groups in their area. Information sheets covering tagging, sentence calculation, help with travel costs, talking to children about imprisonment.

Target group: Anyone affected by the imprisonment of a family member or friend. Also support people who have been arrested/going to court as well as those released from prison too.
