General information
Service offered: Advice and information for refugees, asylum seekers and EU Migrants on a range of issues, including immigration, asylum support, education, housing, welfare benefits, finance, and health. We attend three local drop-in's in the city, where no appointment is needed. If we are unable to help, we can refer to someone who can or book an appointment with one of our advisors at either SVS or the Central Library. English (ESOL) classes from pre-Entry to Entry Level 3 run from September to July, a weekly IT drop-in at the Central Library and a number of short courses on topics including customer service, employability and volunteering.
