Service offered: Floating support service for adults (16+) with mild to moderate learning difficulties who want to live independently. Project staff meet service users at least weekly and offer general emotional support, practical help with living skills, budgeting and debt, accessing welfare benefits, making links with the local community, social skills and accessing training and employment.
