Service offered: Day care and mobile meals services for older people (aged over 50) with particular emphasis on the African Caribbean heritage community. Lunch Club with Caribbean food and activities. Transport to and from day centre included. Telephone and in-person befriending services. Referrals from Social Services welcome.
