Service offered: Advice and assistance to older people and disabled people who are home owners or private tenants, to enable them to remain in their own homes. Advice on home improvements, repairs, adaptations and welfare benefits. Provide house surveys, a design service for people with a disability, planning and technical advice, help with housing grant applications and will oversee work in progress.
