General information

Service offered: Range of services for client group, particularly aimed at refugees, asylum seekers, minority ethnic groups and unemployed people. DOCKLANDS TRAINING CENTER (DTC): Accredited and none accredited training in ICT, ESOL, Health and Social Care, Security, Capacity building, Employ-ability, Information, Career Advice and Guidance. COMMUNITY LEGAL CENTER (CLC): Confidential Legal advice on Immigration, Housing, Employment, Welfare Rights and General Civil Matters. COMMUNITY HEALTH PROJECT (CHP): Health promotion and advocacy. COMMUNITY VOLUNTEERING PROJECT (CVP): Providing volunteering and work placement opportunities. INTERNATIONAL PARTNERSHIP PROJECT (IPP): Partnership with NGOs in developing world to promote socio-economic rights and reduce poverty.

Target group: Refugees & Asylum seekers, Black, Asian Minority Ethnic (BAME) Migrants, unemployed, deprived and disadvantaged members of the communities in general.
