General information
Service offered: Services for people with mental health problems. Work with people to ensure their mental health crisis doesn't result in a housing crisis, & vice versa. Work with people leaving hospital to ensure suitable accommodation is in place. Support people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness to find accommodation that will support their mental wellbeing. Supported housing, floating/tenancy support.
Target group: People with mental health problems who have housing problems or are homeless.
Area served: Swansea, Neath Port Talbot, Bridgend, Cardiff and the Vale, Rhondda Cynon Taff, Merthyr Tydfil.
