General information
Service offered: We offer free one-to-one counselling support for individuals suffering mild to moderate mental health issues. We can help you learn to cope with conditions such as anxiety, depression, and stress. We also offer group courses throughout the year in Stress Management, Relaxation (based on Mindfulness Principles) and Emotional Literacy.
Target group: Adult Services are available to anyone aged 16+ (free of charge to those living within Glasgow City Council area) Youth service available to those aged 11 – 18 in education.
