Service offered: Work with homeless young people aged 16-25, helping them to find accommodation and maintain their tenancies. Offer information, advice and guidance on finding accommodation, benefits, housing rights and homelessness. Floating support service for young people in their own tenancies and provide peer education in schools. Moving On Housing provides accommodation.
Target group: 16-25 year olds who are homeless or vulnerably housed.
