Service offered: We can offer you one-to-one compassionate and non-judgemental support if you’re living with self-harm. We'll explore with you the issues around the self-harm and work with you to discover alternative coping strategies. We won’t just focus on self-harm, we’ll explore with you your overall wellbeing and the things that are important to you in your life. Many of our team members have their own lived experience of living with mental health challenges, and so they come with an understanding of what you might be going through. Information and advice for parents/carers of young people supported by the project. Also, advice and information, resources and training for professionals.
Target group: North Ayrshire residents aged 10 years and above who self-harm, parents/carers of young people supported by the project and Professionals.
