Service offered: Palliative care for children with life limiting and life threatening conditions. Respite care so families can have a break. Day care in the event of sudden/unexpected emergencies. Support for families in their own homes. Bereavement support to all family members around the death of a child, irrespective of whether the child has been under the care of the hospice. Quiet room for children.
Target group: Children with life limiting and life threatening conditions, their families and carers.
