Service offered: Specialist services for people who are terminally ill and for frail elderly people. Palliative care unit, providing symptom control, rehabilitation, respite care and terminal care. Out-patient clinic day unit. Hospice day unit with access to specialist multi-professional team, a range of therapies and services. Home care domiciliary support and liaison. Bereavement counselling for family/carers.
Target group: People who are terminally ill and frail elderly people, their families and carers.
Area served: Postal areas G3, G11, G12, G13, G14, G15, G60, G61, G62 and surrounding areas as far as Dumbarton.
