General information
Service offered: Longfield’s Wellbeing Centre is a haven for adults living with a life-limiting condition and their loved ones and carers too. There are individual sessions, group activities and practical workshops led by professionals and designed to help people live well. At the end of life, the charity offers hospice care in the home. This care combines clinical expertise with a deeply human touch, bringing comfort and reassurance to patients and loved ones when they need it most. The Hospice at Home service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. All care provided is free of charge.
Target group: Adults in Gloucestershire with any life-limiting condition, their families and unpaid carers.
