General information
Service offered: Specialist palliative care service for people with life limiting illness and their carers and families. In-patient care for people living in Gloucestershire: pain control, symptom management, rehabilitation, psychosocial and spiritual support and end of life care. Hospice at Home service (to Cheltenham, Tewkesbury and Gloucester area). Community Hub Service which includes clinical/exercise/rehab classes, group and individual therapies, social groups with plans to expand for carers groups and complementary therapies and some virtual support. Family support service. Befriending service. On-line and face to face Bereavement Support. Fundraising. Volunteer services.
