Service offered: Shooting Star Children’s Hospices supports babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions, and their families, across London and Surrey. Our bespoke support is free of charge to families and includes a comprehensive range of therapies and support groups for the whole family, specialist nursing care and respite at our hospices, symptom management, end-of-life care and bereavement support.
