Service offered: Range of services for people who are living with a life-limiting illness and their families including an inpatient unit and Day Hospice service. One-to-one counselling for people who have lost someone close to them and for people living with a life-limiting illness. The Hospice also offers a carers support group.
Target group: Adults in Calderdale with life-limiting illnesses and their families.
