General information
Service offered: Range of services for people aged 18+ . We offer care provision, respite, and overnight support. living in North Northumberland who have a life limiting illness and their families. Bereavement support for anyone who has been bereaved in North Northumberland, whether or not they have had previous contact with the hospice. Individual support through home visits. Dementia support services- we host dementia cafes in Alnwick & Berwick once weekly. There is also a chance to attend walking football sessions- also in Alnwick & Berwick weekly sessions.
