Service offered: Blythe House adds quality to life by providing the highest levels of care for people in the High Peak who are affected by cancer and certain other life-limiting illnesses including conditions such as heart failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, Parkinson’s and motor neurone disease. Services include 24/7 Hospice at Home care, day hospice care, counselling and bereavement, support groups, outpatient clinics, information and support.

Area served: High Peak, Hope Valley and surrounding areas in Derbyshire, including some parts of Cheshire and Staffordshire
