Service offered: Adult specialist palliative care for those with life limiting conditions. Inpatient unit, day hospice providing respite care or symptom control, outpatient clinic. 24 hour hospice helpline on 01429 855558. Bereavement support and counselling for anyone bereaved in the Hartlepool and East Durham area.
