Service offered: Employability and digital skills support in our free IT suite; community café; Connected Kids Club – affordable after school provision; 5 acre community garden and joinery workshop offering support to adults with additional needs and students from alternative education; volunteering opportunities; lots of community-led events and activities; volunteering opportunities and support for people with problematic relationship to alcohol; occasional and long term room hire available for meetings, training, workshops.
Target group: Local residents living in and around North Shields, particularly those who want to meet new people, gain new skills to help our local community thrive.
Area served: North Tyneside - Wallsend, Whitley Bay, North Shields, Longbenton and surrounding areas.
