Service offered: Day centre for homeless, vulnerable & disadvantaged people, including those experiencing problems with substance mis-use. Basic skills & employment related support. Housing advice, including referrals to hostels, pre-tenancy, resettlement & tenancy sustainment support. Work closely with local Rough Sleeper Outreach Team. Showers, laundry, clothing store, lunch. Support with benefit problems and making benefit applications.
Target group: Homeless, vulnerable and disadvantaged people, including those with substance mis-use problems, disabilities (including hidden), poor mental health and suffering the effects of poverty or low income.
