General information

Service offered: Information, support and advice for vulnerable people, people living with a long-term health condition, older people, people with a disability, and Carers in Bournemouth, Poole and Dorset. Services include a telephone helpline, information and signposting, advocacy and support, social prescribing and health coaching, volunteering opportunities, charity shop. Also has Dorset Dementia Service.
