General information

Service offered: Information, support and advice for vulnerable people, people living with a long-term health condition, older people, people with a disability, and Carers in Bournemouth, Poole and Dorset. Services include a telephone helpline, information and signposting, advocacy and support, health coaching, gardening services, home repairs services, and volunteering opportunities, charity shop.

Target group: Vulnerable people, Older people, adults living with a long-term health condition, adults living with a disability or learning difficulties, adults living with cancer, and Carers of all ages
