Service offered: Advice and information for the Chinese community. Subjects include benefits, housing, consumer and general contract rights, immigration, health, mental health, community care, employment, education and debt, crime and family. Day centre, elders group, women's group, carers’ group, youth group, mental health support group. Bilingual training. Chinese library and newspapers.
Target group: The local Chinese community, particularly non-English speakers.
