General information
Service offered: Range of practical and emotional support for carers and people with care needs. Carer support workers offer respite care in people's own homes, enabling the carer to have a break. Specialist services include palliative care services, young carers projects, Take-a-Break groups, carers support and advise services and social skills group for people with Asperger's.
Target group: Carers of all ages and people with care needs, including young carers.
Area served: Cheshire East, Cheshire West & Chester, Merseyside, Warrington Manchester, Tameside and Shropshire.
