Service offered: Works to prevent chest, heart and stroke illnesses and care for those affected by them through rehabilitation, health promotion and research. Provide emotional and practical advice and physical rehabilitation to survivors via a range of care programmes, including new recovery service for survivors of COVID-19. Deliver health talks and programmes for workplaces and other settings. Services are currently being delivered virtually online due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Target group: People with stroke illness, COPD, bronchitis, emphysema, coronary heart disease, heart attack, COVID-19, asthma etc.
