Service offered: We prevent chest, heart and stroke illnesses and care for those affected by them through rehabilitation, health promotion and research. We provide emotional and practical advice and physical rehabilitation to survivors via a range of care programmes. We also deliver health talks and programmes for workplaces and other settings.
Target group: People with stroke illness, COPD, bronchitis, emphysema, coronary heart disease, heart attack, COVID-19, asthma etc.
