Service offered: Referral only service providing housing advice focusing on homelessness and the prevention of homelessness. Advice on finding accommodation in the private and social rented sectors, referrals to support or supported accommodation, health services and benefits advice. Out of hours emergencies phone 01454 615165.

Target group: Singles, couples or families who are threatened with homelessness. Minimum age of 16.

Area served: Bristol.

How to contact: Drop in to a BCC Customer Service point (See website for locations), or be referred by a support worker.
