Sometimes we may have to refer you to other services but we will always do our best to help you. Our telephone advice service (0207 042 0333) is open Tuesdays and Thursdays 10am – 4pm. We also have an outreach at Tooting Library, 75 Mitcham Road, SW17 9PD, offering appointments on Monday and Thursdays at 10 – 12pm, appointments must be booked with the library on 0208 767 0543
