General information

Service offered: Support services for asylum seekers, refugees and other newcomers to the UK living in Norfolk. Information, advice and guidance. Offer a multi lingual referral pathway for complex needs (e.g. DV, substance misuse, homelessness), and provide training to support integration (ESOL, women's empowerment, volunteering, employment, children's activities). Accredited immigration advice to level 2.

Target group: Migrant communites, including asylum seekers, refugees and other newcomers to the UK.

Area served: Great Yarmouth and the Waveney Valley.

Tuesday: Walk in 13:00-16:00, 17:00-19:00

Wednesday: Walk in 09:30-13:00

Thursday: Job Club 09:15-12:30

Friday: Walk in 09:30-13:00

Weekends: Saturday activities 10:00-16:00

Office Hours: Monday-Friday 9.30am-1pm, 2pm-5pm
