General information

Service offered: Support services for refugees and other newcomers to the UK living in Norfolk. Information, advice and guidance. Offer a multi lingual referral pathway for complex needs (e.g. DV, substance misuse, homelessness), and provide training to support integration (ESOL, women's empowerment, volunteering, employment). Accredited immigration advice to level 2.

Target group: Migrant communities, including refugees and other newcomers to the UK.

Area served: Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft, Thetford and Ipswich

Tuesday: 10:00 – 12:00 at Great Yarmouth, Primeyarc, Market Gates

Wednesday: 10:30 – 12:30 at Volunteering Matters, Old Crown Court, Civic Drive.




Office Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 09:00 – 16:00. Please note, office is closed on Wednesdays
