General information

Service offered: Free information and advice on: all aspects of benefits relating to disability including Personal Independence Payment (PIP), Attendance Allowance (AA), Carers Allowance (CA), Employment and Support Allowance (ESA) and Universal Credit (UC). Direct Payments and Personal Budgets. Mental Health. Discrimination, rights and entitlements. Advocacy and Representation also available, including: support to appeal against decisions and making complaints. These services are available to disabled people, their carers and family members. Other available services include: Payroll/Supported Accounts Support Planning/Employment Support/PA Register. These are all ‘charged for’ services.

Target group: Disabled people, people who are experiencing mental ill health, their family members and carers.
