Service offered: Free information and advice on: all aspects of benefits relating to disability including Personal Independence Payment (PIP), Attendance Allowance (AA), Carers Allowance (CA) and Employment and Support Allowance (ESA). Direct Payments and Personal Budgets. Mental Health. Discrimination, rights and entitlements. Advocacy and Representation also available, including: support to appeal against decisions (e.g. around benefits). Making complaints (including NHS Complaints).Appropriate Adult support for vulnerable adults and young people who are detained in Police Custody These services are available to disabled people, their carers and family members. Other available services include: Payroll/Supported Accounts/Support Planning/Employment Support/PA Register. These are all ‘charged for’ services.
