Service offered: Weekly meeting space for women who are disabled, elderly, depressed or isolated. Range of activities including yoga, keep fit to music, facials, head and shoulder massage, subsidised outings and trips, social sessions, information talks. Blood pressure and blood sugar level checks. Help and advice on applying for benefits and signposting to other services. Lunch.
