Service offered: Day Centre for rough sleepers and vulnerable adults, based in Ilford, practical support of Hot meals, laundry service, showers, clothing. Information and on a range of issues, including housing, drugs and alcohol, benefits & immigration. Nurse led clinic that deals with all health and mental health issues. Life Skills programme. Recreational activities.
Target group: Rough sleepers/Homeless people.
