General information
Service offered: Range of services for families with children under 18 at risk of social exclusion. Advocacy & information service. Drop-in centres at 4 venues in Southern Essex. Court attendance support. Advocacy at Initial Case Conferences, Reviews & related meetings. Counselling. Family mediation service for parent/parent or parent/child or teenager. Parenting skills training. Anger management. Careers orientation available for those seeking a return to work. 24/7 info line. All services are still currently being delivered remotely, following the pandemic – we have discovered this manner of delivery works very well. For this reason, geographical boundaries are no longer strictly enforced and we are currently supporting families in counties outside Essex.
Target group: Families with children under 18 who are at risk of social exclusion.
