Service offered: Specialist charity providing advice (mostly on a 2nd tier basis)on the rights of European Economic Area (EEA) nationals & their family members on: right to work & self-employment (particularly for central & east European migrants); right to benefits, housing & healthcare; immigration issues. Also provide free representation and/or advice for applicants before European Court of Human Rights.
Target group: EEA nationals in the UK, who are low income or otherwise vulnerable or marginalised.
