Service offered: McKenzie Friends: Support and information for refused asylum seekers without legal representation to re-engage with asylum claims and attend the Immigration & Asylum Tribunal Centre (Phoenix House). CHAT Phoenix House: Refreshments, a friendly face, a listening ear and signposting for those attending a hearing at Phoenix House. Hosting Project: Short or medium term accommodation for destitute asylum seekers in the homes of volunteer hosts. CHAT English Conversation Club: for refugees, asylum seekers and all non-English speakers to improve confidence and fluency in English.

Target group: Asylum seekers.
