General information

Service offered: Advice, information, advocacy and practical help on a range of issues, including benefits, help to claim Universal Credit, employment, housing and homelessness, consumer, pensions, energy and utilities, gambling awareness, EU settlement, debt/money advice and budgeting, and personal tax processes. Service delivered by phone, email, video conferencing.

Target group: Anyone who needs the service.

Area served: Westhill and surrounding areas covering South Aberdeenshire, Deeside, Upper Donside and Lower Donside. Outreach offices at Aboyne, Alford, Ballater, Banchory, Braemar, Strathdon, Tarland, Kintore and Kemnay.
