Service offered: The Drug and Alcohol Single Point of Access (DASPA) is a one call number which provides advice, information and an easier route into services for those affected by substance misuse. Calls are answered by a skilled and experienced worker who will be able to provide advice and information and complete a triage assessment ensuring efficient access to the most appropriate service.
Target group: Anyone affected by substance misuse.
