Service offered: Drop-in advice & support centre for 16-25 year olds experiencing homelessness. Offering practical (Hot meals, food parcels, showers, storage facilities) and emotional support (1-1 caseworking). Access to computers, internet, phones. Emergency clothing. Washing facilities. Yoga & fitness session, music & creative workshops, social activities.

Target group: 16-25 year olds experiencing homelessness

Area served: Brighton and Hove.

How to contact: A hot lunch is available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays between 12:00-1:30pm. Shower & laundry facilities with a booking system. Sessions are run from the centre and the full schedule can be found here - www.thects.org.uk/get-help/the-day-centre/
